Pay Rate: Expected annual earnings of $125, annually; blend of base salary plus commission on sales

Position Details
:
This Comfort Consultant role is designed for a versatile sales professional who can confidently navigate both the residential and commercial sides of the business. You ll blend in-home consultations with B2B outreach, leveraging your commercial sales experience to build strong business relationships while also helping homeowners choose the right comfort solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Conducts in-home and commercial sales consultations to assess comfort needs and preferences
  • Recommending products and solutions tailored to the customer s goals and budget
  • Building rapport and trust through professionalism, empathy, and clear communication
  • Preparing detailed proposals with pricing and financing options
  • Addressing customer questions and concerns confidently
  • Recording client interactions and progress in CRM systems
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Staying up to date on products, technology, and industry best practices
Requirements
  • 2+ years of in-home or consultative sales experience is required
  • Residential load calculation experienced is preferred
  • A strong interest in B2B sales the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with commercial clients
  • Proficiency in computer-based systems and software such as Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Valid driver s license and insurable driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Team player who enjoys a collaborative, people-first environment
  • Strong communication and time management skills

Salary: $125000.00 per year
