Provides a high level of support services to members related to sales and service, including insurance policies, travel, and membership products.

• Servicing insurance policies and processing applications, renewals, and amendments
• Generating leads and providing travel information
• Providing cashiering services, including taking payments and balancing cash drawers
• Responding to customer inquiries and referring to agents when necessary

• Active State Property & Casualty License or ability to attain within 90 days
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer-focused service, insurance sales, and travel

• Competitive hourly wage of $23.00 with additional incentives and annual bonus potential
