We are the Leaders in Home Improvement.
Project Sales Consultants are part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This full-time position offers 100% commission-based pay with W-2 benefits, where reps typically earn between $45K and $80K, with top performers earning over $90K annually. Reps visit the local sales office once a week; on other days, they receive scheduled appointments via email and visit these from their home. Territories are approximately up to 2 hours around the home zip code.
This role provides pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments with customers who have contacted Sears requesting estimates for our Home Improvement Products. This is not door-to-door sales.
