• Education of customers on vehicle maintenance needs while providing an excellent service experience.
• Follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Full-cycle customer service (greeting, service, resolving disputes, etc.).

• Highly motivated, ambitious and detail oriented; prior sales experience is preferable but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work retail hours.
• Able to stand and walk up to 4 hours without a break.
• Able to work in extreme heat and/or cold.
• Able to endure repetitive and prolonged bending and reaching.
