By engaging with customers, identifying their needs, offering personalized recommendations, and promoting the store's membership program, this individual will play a key role in driving sales performance and ensuring the store’s success.

• Promptly greet and assist customers, acknowledging their presence immediately, offering assistance, and efficiently managing multiple customers at once.
• Anticipate and fulfill customer needs by utilizing product knowledge to assess preferences, answer questions, guide them to relevant merchandise, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Utilize suggestive‑selling techniques while staying knowledgeable about product availability.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards by keeping product displays organized and attractive.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point‑of‑sale systems.
• Execute inventory management tasks including restocking and product organization.
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to effectively recommend and sell merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and professional store environment.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events to support overall business objectives.
• Access and organize stock in high storage areas, ensuring efficient retrieval and placement while following safety protocols.
• Possess strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Have basic math abilities.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
