Job Description

Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment to ensure the customer’s return visit. Treat customers and employees fairly, promote an inclusive environment, deliver the right products at the right time with accurate pricing, and demonstrate respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

• Create a welcoming environment and answer product questions.
• Maintain product knowledge and make suggestions.
• Collaborate with associates to achieve company and store goals.
• Prepare beverage selections to recipes, offer product samples, and maintain product quality, stock, inventory, and report discrepancies.
• Use equipment in the coffee shop according to company guidelines, perform preventive maintenance, and report issues.
• Reinforce safety programs, report risks, accidents, and illegal activity.
• Manage conflict cooperatively and maintain integrity in customer and business information.
• Provide support to customers of all ages, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Minimum

• Excellent customer service skills.
