As one of our highly skilled freelance sales associates (providing make‑up application, skin‑care advice, hair or fragrance consultations) you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in‑store experience that educates and delights our customers.

You will also work as part of a high‑performing team to create impact with in‑store events and to ensure that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against competitors.

Certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail makeup experience is desirable, but we also welcome beginners. Expertise in fragrance, skincare, and hair consultation is highly valued; we are also open to those looking to develop skills in these areas. • Retail experience preferred; beginner level applicants with strong creative and technical skills are welcome.
• Demonstrate ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast‑paced work environment.
• Previous experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
• Proof of right to live and work in the U.S. if invited to interview.
