BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Per Diem / Part Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team and work with adult and senior clients on a per visit basis.
As a home health nurse, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
One-year prior clinical experience as a Registered Nurse is required. Home Health (and OASIS documentation) experience strongly preferred. If no home health experience, candidate will be asked to complete a full orientation of 3 days per week, for at least 4 weeks.

- Paid training from day one in the office, in the home, and online to make sure you feel confident
- Clinical support whenever you need it, 24 hours a day
- Monitor clients' conditions
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform client assessments
- Case management and coordination
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Travel to clients in your local area on a schedule that fits your needs
- A current active Colorado RN nursing license in good standing
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
