PRN

$20.00 - $26.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

In this vital role, you’ll ensure safe and accurate medication administration while providing compassionate support to our residents. You’ll follow established protocols, maintain thorough documentation, and promote resident independence; all while demonstrating respect, patience, integrity, and a commitment to quality care.

• Follow all policies and procedures for medication administration, medication ordering, and delivery
• Immediately report med errors or missing medications
• Provide quality care to residents as indicated on the care plan
• Promote resident independence in accordance with service plan
• Comply with all infection control guidelines
• Ensure proper transfer of medication cart between shifts
• Document medication administration in EHR per policy
• Demonstrate patience, compassion, and integrity with residents

• High school graduate – associate degree preferred
• Must possess a current Certified Nursing Assistant license
• Must have current Medication Technician certification
• Must maintain current certification during employment
• One (1) year experience in senior services facility preferred
