Overview
Seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee private duty nursing staff in a pediatric home care setting.
Responsibilities- Supervising staff performance
- Coordinating orientation and training
- Ensuring compliance with policies and safety protocols
- Collaborating with leadership on quality improvement and strategic planning
- Maintaining effective communication
- Supporting staff development
- Managing documentation audits
- Serving as a backup for clinical leadership
- Licensed Physician or RN with an ADN
- At least two years of home care (pediatric preferred)
- Leadership experience
- A valid driver’s license
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and knowledge of nursing regulations are essential
