Optimal Home Care is looking for a Registered Nurse to provide services to our patients in the Fort Collins/Loveland area. This position offers a $10,000 sign‑on bonus.

Position Overview

The goal of the home health Registered Nurse (RN) is to return the patient to the highest practicable level of independence and well‑being within the community, or to prepare the patient and family/caregivers for continuum of care.

Pay
: $80,000‑100,000 (plus sign‑on bonus; per‑visit pay).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited, approved professional nursing school.
• Active license in the State of Colorado in good standing.
• Ability to communicate in the client’s language and document relevant activities.
• Current driver’s license.
• At least one (1) year of experience as an RN; home‑health experience preferred.
• Familiarity with OASIS preferred.
