Seeking Final Inspectors in Fort Collins - Aerospace Industry
Pay Range: $22-$23/hour (DOE)
About the RoleWe are seeking a detail‑oriented Inspector to join our growing aerospace manufacturing team. In this role, you will perform 100 incoming inspection of parts by reviewing blueprints, routings, and technical documentation to ensure all components meet strict engineering and quality standards. You’ll play a critical part in maintaining product integrity, supporting production teams, and ensuring compliance in a regulated industry environment.
This position offers hands‑on work with precision measurement tools, daily collaboration with quality and engineering teams, and opportunities for growth within a state‑of‑the‑art facility.
Key Responsibilities- Perform incoming inspections by analyzing blueprints and technical documents to determine specifications and testing procedures.
- Conduct dimensional inspections using rulers, calipers, gauges, micrometers, microscopes, and other precision tools.
- Interpret inspection results and communicate findings to the appropriate personnel.
- Verify product conformance to specifications and identify discrepancies in parts or processes.
- Maintain accurate inspection files, quality documentation, and recordkeeping.
- Conduct final inspections of completed actuator assemblies, with an expected throughput of 10 assemblies per day.
- Support continuous improvement and adhere to quality standards in a regulated aerospace environment.
- 1–2 years of experience in quality inspection of products
- Experience in a regulated industry (aerospace, medical device, pharmaceutical, etc.).
- Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, diagrams, blueprints, and routings.
- Proficiency with hand measurement tools (micrometers, calipers)
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Working knowledge of G,D&T equipment, gauges, metrology equipment.
- Understanding of how quality impacts cost, compliance, customer satisfaction, and organizational success.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Collins, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
