1st Shift: Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM • $19–$20/hr DOE

2nd Shift: Mon–Fri, 2:30 PM–10:30 PM • $20.90–$22/hr DOE

What You’ll Do:
  • Build and fit together small, high‑accuracy components
  • Complete unit assemblies used in aerospace applications
  • Work with a variety of hand and power tools to adjust, align, and secure parts
  • Follow detailed work instructions
  • Perform simple testing and calibration
  • Complete quality checks and become certified on specific tasks
  • Keep tools and equipment clean and maintained
  • Support overall workspace safety and organization
  • Work closely with experienced assemblers
  • Contribute to a positive, team‑first culture
Qualifications:
  • Mechanical or electrical assembly experience is a plus
  • Comfortable using hand and tools
  • Familiarity with automated testing equipment is helpful
  • Ability to read basic blueprints is a bonus
  • Strong coordination, attention to detail, and great manual dexterity
