We take a fully integrated approach to make our client’s vision a reality. The Neenan Company is currently looking to grow our team with an experienced Project Manager.

The Project Manager is responsible for the operational and financial success of the construction projects assigned under their responsibility. A few primary measures of success are as follows:

• Overall project and team success
• Customer satisfaction
• All employees are expected to practice Archistruction
• Profitability and timely project completion
• Responsible for the oversight and completion of the day‑to‑day project progression

• Project Management responsibilities include contract administration, cost management, subcontractor negotiations and management, project buyout, project scheduling, safety administration, document control, RFI and submittal review and administration, and project closeout.
• Effective use of the project reporting tools, forecasting tools, standards, procedures, processes, controls.
• Keep the project and team on the path toward the goals, strategies, and objectives of the project.
• Maintain open and positive relationships with clients through regularly scheduled meetings and address their concerns.
• Supervise and manage Assistant Project Management and Project Engineer staff.
• Teach others that may be working with you and be responsible for their effectiveness in interacting with the team.
• Effectively manage risk associated with multiple contract types.
• Manage multiple projects.

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial Project Management leading and managing people
• Thorough knowledge of commercial, healthcare, education or multi‑family construction
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work in multiple software platforms efficiently, including:
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Microsoft Project
• CMiC
• Bluebeam
• Autodesk Build
• Ability to travel in and out of state
• Ability to temporarily relocate for a project if needed
