General Manager (Automotive Service Operations)
Join A & B IMPORT AUTO, INC., a legacy automotive service business with 10 lifts and a 10‑person team operating from one location. We are looking for a high‑powered, rockstar General Manager to lead the business and propel it to the next level. This role is the first senior operational leader in the company besides the owner.
Base Pay Range$105,000 – $188,000 per year
Your MissionAbsorb day‑to‑day service management from the owner, build a culture around written processes, and lay the foundation for scaling into multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities- Take full ownership of service management currently handled by the owner, including:
- RO audits
- Phone call reviews and coaching
- KPI reporting and performance reviews
