This role manages multi-region delivery across server, storage, and networking—from planning and build to migration, cutover, and stabilization—while running strong governance (scope, schedule, budget, RAID) and delivering clear, customer-ready communications.

Responsibilities

  • Run program governance: scope, schedule, budget, change control, RAID, and executive reporting; drive decisions and milestone accountability.
  • Own customer/stakeholder engagement, including status cadence, expectation management, and go/no-go readiness for migrations and go-lives.
  • Partner with engineers/architects to validate designs and lead implementation, testing, and go-live across servers, storage, networking, and security.
  • Lead data center exit/consolidation and cloud migrations, including discovery/dependency mapping, migration strategy, cutover, decommissioning, and CMDB/asset updates.
  • Standardize delivery templates/metrics, capture lessons learned, and continuously improve execution across regions.
Education and Experience Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years leading global infrastructure programs across data centers and/or private cloud implementations.
  • Hands‑on experience across compute/servers, enterprise storage, and networking delivery.
  • PMP (PMI) certification required; ITIL/Agile certifications are a plus.
  • Experience delivering data center exit and cloud migration/transformation programs across geographies.
  • Strong customer management and executive communication skills.
  • Must have proven experience working effectively with globally distributed teams.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Data center delivery expertise (site readiness, rack/stack/cable, provisioning, integration).
  • Migration/cutover leadership (wave planning, runbooks, change windows, rollback, hypercare).
  • Strong program management: IMS, RAID, financials, resourcing, and dependency management.
  • Ability to coordinate cross‑domain teams and vendors (compute, storage, network, security, operations).
  • Working knowledge of private cloud/virtualization operating models and service readiness.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management; executive‑ready status and decision facilitation.
  • Proficiency with program tools (MS Project/Smartsheet), issue tracking (Jira), and documentation (Confluence/SharePoint).
  • Willingness to travel globally up to 20% to support customer sites and key implementation milestones.
Additional Skills
  • Accountability, Accountability, Active Learning, Active Listening, Bias, Business Growth, Change Management, Client Expectations Management, Coaching, Creativity, Critical Thinking, Cross‑Functional Teamwork, Customer Centric Solutions, Customer…
