The Customer Success Manager will report to the Director of Customer Success About Cloud Coach:

Cloud Coach is a Salesforce-native Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform built for teams that deliver onboarding, projects, and ongoing services. Our software helps services organizations run delivery operations with less admin, clearer visibility, and better execution.

In 2025, we completed our first acquisition of Just On, a German billing automation company, creating a 60+ person global organization that combines project management with financial automation capabilities.

Trusted by customers across multiple industries and regions, we're looking for team members who are excited to build relationships, drive value, and create meaningful outcomes as we scale.

About the Role:

A Customer Success Manager (CSM) lives and breathes the Cloud Coach product and champions customer success throughout the client journey for Mid-Market to Enterprise level customers. A day in the life of a CSM can include, but is not limited to, holding client success calls, creating and implementing account plans to increase adoption, organizing requirements for services teams, conducting product webinars, and working with client stakeholders to drive internal growth.

CSMs also assist with customer renewals, product demos to additional client business units, and facilitating quotes for additional user subscriptions. Whether through email, conference calls, or face-to-face meetings, the CSM is the client advocate, ensuring their long-term project management goals are met through a combination of the  platform and the Cloud Coach solution.

A successful Customer Success Manager should have excellent communication skills, thorough knowledge of the  platform, a strong understanding of the Cloud Coach product, and a desire to increase satisfaction and success with every customer interaction.

What you bring (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing experience
  • 1-3 years working with cloud-based technical solutions
  • experience preferred
  • Self-motivated, driven, and open to adapting to change within a fast-growing environment
  • Ability to present technical solutions in a clear, user-friendly manner
  • Willingness to become a subject matter expert in the disciplines of Project Management and the  platform
  • Travel up to 10%
