AUD Medical Lead

Overview

INTERNAL APPLICATIONS ONLY - Colorado locations

The Medical Lead position is responsible for being a clinical leader in the organization in terms of clinical mentorship, capacity to train new providers, and being the champion for PLH policy and procedures. A person in this position would exemplify a commitment to the PLH mission and values, an understanding of the importance of working within established policies and procedures, and a willingness to be collaborative, positive, and solutions-based when it comes to intra office dynamics and outreach to community partners.

• Meets all the above medical provider expectations; sees all patients assigned within scheduled patient-facing hours

• Clinical resource to other medical providers
• Helps to train new medical providers when given the opportunity
• At the request and direction of PLH Medical Leadership, willingness to support outreach to the community: ex – participating or willingness to be in advisory groups / providing education/project launches, etc.
• Mentors adherence to Clinical and Administrative Policies and Protocols
• Creating, maintaining policies and protocols for AUD treatment under guidance of medical leadership team. Organizing educational materials to make easy for providers to navigate. Be a point person for providers with AUD protocol related questions and collate related feedback.

Compensation: up to $2000 increase for FT salary
