Are you an experienced Physical Therapist who values autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to help shape a growing practice? Balance Center Physical Therapy is seeking a seasoned PT interested in developing an independent-style private practice within a supportive, PT-owned outpatient clinic.
About UsBalance Center Physical Therapy is a PT-owned outpatient private practice specializing in vestibular and orthopedic physical therapy. We also offer a newly licensed osteoporosis treatment program focused on safe, evidence-based bone health and fall-risk reduction for older adults.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide care in our osteoporosis program for up to 10 hours per week, with additional opportunities to treat vestibular and orthopedic patients if desired. This is a 1099 contract position with a flexible schedule and a negotiable pay structure.
This role is ideal for a PT who enjoys working independently, values clinical excellence, and has interest in developing their own niche or practice model while benefiting from shared resources, referrals, and collegial support.

- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Physical Therapist license in Colorado
- Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills
- Ability to evaluate, plan, and deliver care in an outpatient orthopedic, vestibular, and balance setting
- Comfortable working independently and efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with older adults, including patients with osteoporosis and fall risk
- Prefer 10+ years of outpatient Physical Therapy experience
- Vestibular Rehabilitation certification or significant experience
- Orthopedic and balance rehabilitation experience
- Osteoporosis management experience (or strong interest in developing expertise)
1099 contract position
Pay structure is negotiable and based on experience, expertise, and role design
