CNA PRN – Care Synergy – Fort Collins, CO
Pathways Hospice has an immediate opening for a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) on a per‑call basis. This PRN position offers variable scheduling and competitive compensation.
Pay & BenefitsPay Range: $19.34 - $23.73 per hour plus a PRN differential. Supplemental pay may include mileage, shift differentials, stipends, or overtime. Mileage reimbursement is $0.625 per mile, one of the highest in the industry.

As a Certified Nurse Aide, you will provide quality supportive and skilled care within your scope of practice to promote comfort and dignity for patients in hospice, palliative, or home care settings. You will represent agency positivity, uphold positive public relations with patients, families, and facility staff, and work with patients ranging from neonates to geriatrics.
What We Will Love About You- Minimum Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. - Minimum Experience:
One year CNA experience desired (hospice preferred). Six months required for home‑health; new graduates accepted. - Required License:
Current Colorado CNA license, valid Colorado driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance. - Current CPR certification; must be provided or obtained within 14 days of hire.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull a minimum of 35 lbs.
Pathways Hospice is affiliated with Care Synergy, a nonprofit network of community‑based hospice and palliative care organizations serving Colorado’s Front Range. Care Synergy provides mission support services to help Pathways operate independently while sharing best practices across the region.
