Medix is currently hiring a full time Therapist at a clinic in the Fort Collins area. About 12-15 sessions and then a warm hand-off to the provider in the community. We're here as an interim in the community to help people get in quicker (if there's a wait to get connected with their provider/insurance, if there's a gap- we come in as a brief therapeutic model to help).

Delivers short‑term, evidence‑based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families with a focus on brief interventions while coordinating with internal services to connect clients to long‑term resources. This position is with the team to work with children, adolescents, parents/caregivers, and families.

• Conduct initial assessments to determine appropriate intervention strategies
• Provide education and support around behavioral health issues and treatment options
• Implement crisis intervention techniques and connect clients to appropriate resources
• Deliver brief therapy/solution‑focused approaches with concise, goal‑oriented treatment
• Plans
• Participate in case consultation and quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate, timely, compliant clinical documentation in electronic health record
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Develops and maintains positive, professional, and productive relationships with consumers, the public, other agencies, co‑workers and supervisors

• Master's degree or higher in behavioral health discipline
• Colorado unrestricted license
• Minimum three years clinical experience in behavioral health setting
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
• Experience in community mental health or related clinical field
