Physical Therapist - Orthopedics - Sign On Bonus Potential
Confluent Health is seeking a Physical Therapist for its Orthopedics clinic in Fort Collins, Colorado. The position offers competitive compensation, flexible scheduling, and a sign‑on bonus up to $5,000.
Base Pay: $70,000 – $85,000 per year (BOE)

- Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes via patient history and physical examination.
- Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence‑based plans of care reflecting each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
- Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
- Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
- Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey.
- Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in Colorado, or currently pursuing a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
- CPR and first aid certification required.
