Confluent Health is seeking a Physical Therapist for its Orthopedics clinic in Fort Collins, Colorado. The position offers competitive compensation, flexible scheduling, and a sign‑on bonus up to $5,000.

Base Pay: $70,000 – $85,000 per year (BOE)

Location: Timberline – 3744 Timberline Rd, Fort Collins, CO 80525

• Student loan repayment program – monthly lender payments, IRS approved, increased after two years

• Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes via patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence‑based plans of care reflecting each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey.

• Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in Colorado, or currently pursuing a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• CPR and first aid certification required.
