The Senior Wealth Manager ("Advisor") is a critical member of RL Farmer Wealth Strategies team. Our advisors act as advocates for our clients serving the client's best interest. The principal role of the advisor is to develop new clients while maintaining relationships with existing clients. Advisors, partnering with the practice, have experience with the discovery process that starts with learning more about the client’s short and long‑term goals, building customized financial strategies tied to objectives that help meet their client’s goals, all while cultivating the next generation as stewards of family wealth.

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or equivalent work experience. MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
- Book of business with capacity to add clients.
- FINRA Registrations
- Attention to detail, well organized, self‑motivated & self‑managed.
- In‑depth knowledge of the securities industry, its regulatory policies/procedures, and its products to include stocks, bonds, margin accounts, options, various retirement plans (IRAs, Simple, Roth), mutual funds, annuities.
- In‑depth knowledge and practical ability to analyze stocks and portfolios and select appropriate investments for individual clients.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, and comfort/experience working with existing and prospective clients.
