Client Associate; RIA Client Operations

Synergy Capital of Colorado is building a fiduciary-first advisory firm in an underserved area of public finance with momentum, discipline, and intention.

We operate as a pure fiduciary RIA. No commissions, no product pressure, fewer structural constraints. That creates an environment where strong client operators can do excellent work and earn more responsibility over time.

Position:
Client Associate (RIA Client Operations)

Location:

In-office, Fort Collins (no relocation assistance)

Pay: $60,000–$70,000 base + performance bonus

Type:
Full-time (Part-time to be considered for the right candidate)

This is a hands-on client operations role. It is not entry-level. The priority is accurate execution and excellent service. There is a path to broader ops ownership over 6–12 months based on performance, but the job starts with Client Associate fundamentals.

Required experience (non-negotiable):

• 2+ years in client operations at an RIA or broker-dealer
• Direct experience processing account openings and ACATs end-to-end
• Direct experience handling money movement requests (wires/ACH/journals) with documentation
• High attention to detail and comfort working in a process-driven environment
