Engineering Analytics, Inc. is now a part of Mac Kay Sposito and we are looking for a dedicated and relationship-driven Project Geotechnical Engineer with a focus on geohazards, infrastructure design, and construction defect investigations supporting our Infrastructure and Development team in Fort Collins, CO.
This engineer will be required to travel for about 25% of their time.

Typical duties- Support project management
- Help oversee junior staff
- Interface with clients
- As needed, assist market sector lead with marketing and preparation of proposals and cost estimates
- Assist on project work for other market sectors as needed
- Construction management activities
- B.S. in Civil Engineering, Geologic Engineering, Engineering Geology or related discipline.
- M.S. in Geotechnical Engineering
- Colorado P.E. license required; P.E. in other Southwestern States a plus
- 15 years of experience in infrastructure design, geohazard analysis and design, and construction defect investigations
- Experience in litigation support, deposition and trial testimony
- Business development experience and/or interest in helping to drive client relationships and new work with existing and new clients
- Slope stability analyses
- Infiltration/Seepage analyses

Salary, benefits, and employment detailsThe wage range for this position is $125,000 - $165,000 per year, depending on experience. Full-time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package including Medical (with an HSA option), Dental, Vision, FSA, Supplemental Life Insurance, 100% company-paid Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, 401k with up to a 4% match, paid vacation, paid sick time, 11 paid holidays, and eligibility for employee ownership offerings.
Mac Kay Sposito covers licensure expenses and offers annual profit sharing bonuses.
