. Our client is seeking an experienced General Dentist who wants clinical autonomy, strong earnings, and the ability to build long-term equity in a thriving practice.

• Practice Model:
  Solo doctor practice
• Operatories: 6 fully equipped ops
• Support Team: 2 full-time hygienists
• Schedule:
  
  Full-time | Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Patient Base:
  Predominantly young adults and families (some pediatric patients)
• Clinical Focus:
  Bread-and-butter general dentistry with strong Invisalign demand
• Technology:
  Fully digital practice with panoramic imaging and iTero scanning
• Payor Mix: PPO & Fee-for-Service | No Medicaid

• Compensation: 28%–32% of production (sliding scale)
• Earning Potential: $300,000+ annually
• Sign-On / Relocation Bonus:
  Up to $25,000
• Time Off: 3 weeks per year
• CE Allowance: 30 hours annually
