Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead large ground-up commercial construction projects in the Fort Collins area. This role requires a strong field leader who can successfully manage projects from site development through final turnover while maintaining strict safety, quality, and schedule standards.

Projects may include office, healthcare, hospitality, institutional, retail, and other large-scale commercial developments.

• Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Maintain project schedules and ensure critical milestones are achieved
• Enforce safety standards and maintain OSHA compliance across the jobsite
• Manage site logistics, inspections, and quality control processes
• Conduct subcontractor coordination meetings and hold trades accountable to schedule and scope
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to track progress and resolve field issues
• Proactively identify and address challenges to keep projects on track
• Maintain strong communication with owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors

• 6+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a commercial General Contractor
• Proven experience leading ground-up commercial construction projects
• Experience on large commercial projects ($30M+ preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, site development, and MEP coordination
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software preferred
