Project Estimator with Paul Davis Restoration – Fort Collins
Want to make a difference in your community? Work as a Project Estimator for Paul Davis Restoration and help homeowners recover from fire, flood, and other disasters. Our Estimators partner with residential and commercial customers and insurance adjusters to scope projects, write accurate estimates, and ensure projects are completed within profit ranges and service level agreements.
Responsibilities- Partner directly with property owners, insurance carriers, adjusters, compliance coordinators, and project managers to assess damage and scope restoration projects.
- Use Matterport and other technology to tour scenes after disasters and accurately scope projects.
- Write detailed estimates using Xactimate or Symbility and communicate with local adjusters, desk adjusters, and program specialists to finalize estimates.
- Follow all TPA and program guidelines and make estimate revisions, corrections, and compliance updates as required.
- Ensure projects are completed within profit ranges and service level agreements are achieved.
- Maintain clear communication with adjusters, estiming team, program vendors, and local adjusters, providing regular updates and documenting any change orders or insurance supplements.
- Work in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods while working on a computer, and adjust or move objects up to 20 pounds in all directions.
- 1-3 years of experience as a restoration estimator or insurance adjuster.
- Experience with Matterport and Hover/Eagleview.
- Proficiency with Xact Analysis, Xactimate, Core Logic, and Symbility.
- Familiarity with major insurance carriers and understanding of carrier‑specific guidelines and SLAs.
- Competency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Self‑motivated to deliver accurate results with an emphasis on attention to detail.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Resilient team player with an industrious, positive, can‑do attitude and strong collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and think critically.
- Experience with repetitive motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
- Paid Time Off: 104 hours annually.

Salary: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
