Commercial Roofing Supervisor

Position: Commercial Roofing Supervisor*
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Roofing Supervisor to oversee and manage roofing projects on commercial job sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day operations, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining quality standards, meeting project deadlines, and coordinating materials and labor.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily and weekly work activities to ensure timely project completion
• Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Inspect work in progress to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications, manufacturer specifications, and building codes
• Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and progress
• Identify and resolve issues that may delay work or affect quality
• Conduct regular safety meetings
• Manage and maintain equipment, maintenance, and logistics on-site
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients and inspectors

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in construction or roofing preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
• 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Built-up, Metal)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to climb ladder safely to access roof work needs
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Additional Requirements

• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to work in a physically demanding environment including climbing ladders, lifting heavy materials, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to travel to job sites as required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation range $80,000 to $120,000 annual salary potential (base pay + incentives)
