Payroll Specialist

Or, maybe you’ve been a Payroll Specialist in a payroll company that doesn’t feel like it used to; where you aren’t as proud to be part of it as you once were.

Our Payroll Specialist will:

• Train customers to use our payroll, timekeeping, and onboarding software (isolved).
• Process incoming payrolls for various businesses.
• Apprise customers of payroll laws and regulations that impact their business.
• Maintain employee records
• Enter payroll and other HR data.

We seek a Payroll Pro who has:

• At least a High School diploma. FPC or CPP preferred
• Three or more years of experience with a Payroll Company. Experience with iSolved is a huge plus!
• A robust understanding of payroll tax and payroll laws and regulations
• The innate ability to build customer confidence and lasting relationships with our clients
• Strong communication and organizational skills, the emotional intelligence, and the professional voice needed to directly communicate with clients
• The inclination to take initiative and use independent judgment

Our expected pay range for this position is $21.65 - $31.25 per hour.
