Overview
This position is responsible for collaborating, developing, and incubating a pipeline of emerging brands/concepts across the portfolio (core craft, entry to craft, near beer, specialty). In addition to developing brand concepts and working with brand teams to slot those into existing brand franchises, the position manages the product development process working in coordination with the operations teams to commercialize new beverage launches.
Responsibilities- Lead a cross-functional team to develop innovation roadmap including competitive analysis, market and financial projections, development of product launch plans, integration of brands, and portfolio management
- Deliver aligned beers to market and meet all sales and profit objectives; coordinate PR, social media, sales execution and initiatives, field marketing, demand planning and forecasting, etc.
- Maintain market intelligence, feedback and new beer ideas and present updates
- Liaise with Operations to lead respective platform through capital approval process as needed
- Lead financial and volume forecasting for new products and contribute to P&L targets during development
- Develop and manage business analysis for annual business plans and strategic planning; identifying key issues, evaluating competitive & market trends, tracking results and formulating recommendations to leadership
- Assist and help implement overarching communications plan and strategy, including representing the company at key customer or distributor meetings annually as required to support sell-in presentations
- Broaden on and off-premise toolbox development depending on bandwidth – programs, activation, displays and link to core portfolio
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent; MBA a plus
- 3-5 years experience in marketing/innovation;
Beer or beverage category experience a plus - Global brand management experience preferred
- Ability to think strategically and objectively
- Ability to manage multiple projects to completion
Percent of Travel: 10-20%

Wage information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is Bell’s and New Belgium's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position. The compensation offered to the successful applicant may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, or other position-related reasons.
Starting Salary Range: $110,000-$140,000
