Description We are looking for a skilled Office Manager to oversee daily administrative tasks and manage financial operations within our organization. This role is ideal for someone who excels in multitasking, has strong organizational skills, and is proficient in accounting functions. Join our team in Fort Collins, Colorado, and play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.

- Manage invoice processing activities, verifying details and maintaining proper documentation.

- Perform data entry tasks with precision to maintain accurate financial and office records.

- Prepare and post journal entries to support monthly and annual financial reporting.

- Coordinate administrative tasks to ensure the office runs efficiently.

- Monitor and order office supplies, maintaining inventory levels.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and communications.

- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve workflow.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all operations.

- Provide support for special projects and ad hoc office needs as required. Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office management or accounting role.

- Proficiency in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

- Strong skills in data entry and attention to detail.

- Experience with invoice processing and maintaining accurate financial records.

- Ability to prepare journal entries and support financial reporting.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Effective communication skills for collaboration and problem-solving.

- Familiarity with office software and accounting tools.
