Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Fort Collins, Colorado. In this role, you will support project coordination and scheduling efforts, ensuring construction projects meet critical deadlines. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate project schedules to ensure tasks are completed on time and align with overall timelines.

- Assist in managing construction project workflows and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

- Support master scheduling efforts by tracking progress and identifying potential delays.

- Organize and maintain project documentation, including scanning and filing important records.

- Collaborate with project managers to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

- Communicate with team members and contractors to address inquiries and resolve issues.

- Monitor project milestones and proactively address any risks to timelines.

- Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

- Ensure all administrative tasks related to construction projects are handled promptly and accurately. Requirements - Proven experience in project coordination or assistance roles, particularly in construction-related projects.

- Ability to manage timelines and prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.

- Familiarity with master scheduling and tracking tools.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Proficiency in scanning and managing digital documentation.

- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and external partners.

- Knowledge of project management principles and best practices.
