We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal / Escrow Assistant to join our team in Fort Collins, Colorado. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who is comfortable supporting escrow processes and managing front desk responsibilities in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Review contracts and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
Provide administrative support to the escrow team
Answer and direct incoming calls
Greet and assist clients at the front desk
Maintain organized files and documentation
Assist with general office and clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous administrative or paralegal experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Professional demeanor and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Stable work history with good job tenure
