Overview

Role Overview:
Responsible for providing essential support to the finance team by performing routine accounting and administrative tasks.

Salary Range: $19.23/hr - $23.08/hr based on relevant years of experience

Essential Duties
  • Assist with data entry of invoices, receipts, and financial transactions.
  • Responsible for providing essential support to the finance team by performing routine accounting and administrative tasks.
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Prepare and maintain organized financial records and documentation.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other basic account reconciliations under supervision.
  • Help process employee expense reports
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and maintaining digital and physical records.
  • Provide general administrative support to the accounting department.
  • Support month end tasks as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Post secondary coursework in accounting, finance, or business preferred.
  • One year of related experience preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be evaluated and considered.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite/Gen Computer Skills preferred. This includes Outlook, Excel, teams, etc.
Highly Desired
  • Bilingual/bi-cultural preferred
