Overview
Role Overview:
Responsible for providing essential support to the finance team by performing routine accounting and administrative tasks.
Salary Range: $19.23/hr - $23.08/hr based on relevant years of experience

Location:
Larimer County, Colorado
- Assist with data entry of invoices, receipts, and financial transactions.
- Responsible for providing essential support to the finance team by performing routine accounting and administrative tasks.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare and maintain organized financial records and documentation.
- Reconcile bank statements and other basic account reconciliations under supervision.
- Help process employee expense reports
- Assist with filing, scanning, and maintaining digital and physical records.
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting department.
- Support month end tasks as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Post secondary coursework in accounting, finance, or business preferred.
- One year of related experience preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be evaluated and considered.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite/Gen Computer Skills preferred. This includes Outlook, Excel, teams, etc.
- Bilingual/bi-cultural preferred
