Job Duties:

This position provides support for the general administrative operations of a given unit. Responsibilities include reception duties, scheduling, producing reports and correspondence, assisting in fiscal activities and rendering consistent office support. May assist with organizing meetings, travel and events.## Conditions of Employment:

Pre-employment Criminal Background Check (required for new hires).## Supervision:

Minimum Qualifications:

* High School diploma or GED
* 6 months of general clerical experience##

Preferred Qualifications:

* Call center, business office, medical record, and/or reception experience
* Demonstrated experience with online scheduling systems
* Strong verbal and written communication skills (assessed via written materials and during interview process)
