Senior Accountant Responsibilities
- Own and support month-end and quarter-end close activities across multiple legal entities
- Prepare and review intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations
- Maintain accurate general ledger activity and balance sheet reconciliations
- The Senior Accountant will asssist with financial statement preparation and internal reporting
- Support audits by preparing schedules and partnering with external auditors
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and leadership
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls
- Mentor junior accounting staff and contribute to a team-first culture
Senior Accountant Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 3–6+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Hands-on experience in a multi-entity and/or intercompany environment
- Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles
- Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience a plus
- CPA or CPA-track is a plus, not a requirement
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive mindset
Salary up to $105K + Bonus
