We're looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Proposal Analyst to join a fast-paced, high-performing team supporting the development, coordination, and submission of compliant and compelling proposals for Amentum's Missile Defense Division. You'll work alongside industry experts to help us deliver on national missions. The Proposal Analyst supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) Contract.

The candidate will:
* Develop, edit, and audit proposal documents to include Basis of Estimate (BOE), Bill of Materials (BOM), Cost Proposal, and other documents as required by the Government customer
* Respond to Task Order proposal requests from the Government
* Track proposal due dates and develop and maintain schedules with Task Order teams
* Analyze proposed costs and review for accuracy
* Lead proposal kick-off and development meetings
* Administer multiple proposal efforts
* Coordinate with technical and program management teams on proposal documents
* Conduct other proposal development duties as assigned
* Maintain proposal files in SharePoint and internal shared drive
* Effectively communicate summary of proposal status to management The successful candidate will:

* Be able to manage shifting work priorities and multiple proposal deadlines
* Have a collaborative mindset as well as motivation to be a self-starter

* Must have 4, or more, years of general (full-time) work experience

* May be reduced with completion of advanced education
* Must have 2, or more, years of directly related experience in one or more of the following areas:
Proposal Development, Cost/Price Analysis, Business Operations
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Share Point  
* Must have, or obtain, an active DoD Secret Security Clearance Desired Requirements:
* Proficiency with various industry proposal management tools This position is expected to pay $38.46/hr - $48.07/hr; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position. This position will be posted for a minimum of 3 days. Compensation Details:
$38.46/hr - $48.07/hr The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
