We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Analyst to join a fast-paced, high-performing team supporting the development, coordination, and submission of compliant and compelling proposals for Amentum's Missile Defense Division. You'll be responsible for the preparation and review of compliant and competitive cost and price proposals for government solicitations. You will play a vital role in developing winning pricing strategies.
The candidate will be responsible for the following:

* Leverage external data, including the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) and other salary surveys, to validate internal rates, benchmark for competitiveness, and establish rates for new roles. Financial Modeling:
* Create and maintain complex pricing models to analyze cost data, determine price reasonableness, and perform what-if analysis to optimize pricing strategies. The successful candidate will:
* Ensure all proposals strictly adhere to FAR, DFARS, and CAS, accurately applying FPRA rates to mitigate compliance risk.
* Develop and defend robust Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for all cost elements, particularly for direct labor using a combination of internal and external data sources.
* Build and maintain sophisticated, user-friendly pricing models that allow for effective what-if analysis and strategic decision-making.
* Foster strong, collaborative relationships with Program Management, technical teams, and Finance to ensure a cohesive and well-substantiated proposal.
