Position: Senior FMV/Imagery Analyst - Level 2 with Security Clearance
Overview Serve as a senior subject matter expert in Full Motion Video (FMV) exploitation and imagery intelligence (IMINT) analysis, providing increased depth, independence, and leadership in support of Special Operations missions and the F3EA targeting methodology. Function as a go-to analyst for complex exploitation tasks, detailed mission products, and real-time operational support to SOF customers. Must be able to deploy as required and fulfill ISR Tactical Controller (ITC) duties as directed.

Responsibilities include:

* Perform advanced FMV/IMINT exploitation and produce detailed analytic assessments supporting Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze (F3EA) with a higher degree of independence and analytical depth than Level 1.
* Execute independent analysis, develop cross-cue collection considerations, and deliver rapid-turn products in time-sensitive operational environments.
* Lead select mission threads from initiation through completion; coach and guide junior and mid-level analysts as needed.
* Produce and QC high-quality imagery-derived products (annotated imagery, target packages, assessments, briefings) under compressed timelines.
* Integrate targeting, geospatial, and intelligence systems to support senior-level operational decision-making.
* Deliver polished briefings and written products to customers and leadership with minimal supervision.
* Maintain deployment readiness and fulfill ITC-related duties; meet 35 WPM typing requirement (skills verification may include typing test). Responsibilities Requirements - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Minimum six (6) years operational and tactical intelligence experience, including targeting, intelligence systems, and geospatial systems.
* Minimum six (6) years hands-on IMINT and/or FMV analysis and production experience within the last eight (8) years.
* Demonstrated ability to produce detailed analytic products supporting F3EA and SOF mission requirements.
* Proficiency with intelligence exploitation tools, PED processes, and analytic production standards.
* Strong briefing and writing skills; able to communicate findings clearly to mission customers.
* Ability to lead select analytic tasks and support mentoring of junior analysts as directed.
* Ability to type 35 WPM;
Government may test typing during skills verification.
* Must attend Government-provided ITC training and be prepared to deploy as an ITC when required.
* Willingness to support shift work, on-call coverage, and short-notice deployment. Required Security Clearance
* Active TS/SCI clearance required at start; must maintain required accesses.
