Program Manager Security Clearance

Position: Program Manager with Security Clearance
Phoenix Global Support is seeking interested candidates with the following skills and qualifications for full-time employment (contingent) at Fort Bragg, NC. This position is on-site, supervising up to twenty personnel and representing Phoenix in meetings with senior Army officials. Must have a current Project Management Professional certification. Must have a thorough understanding of cyber (Touchstone and Brighton), signals intelligence, electronic warfare, and autonomous systems.

Must have documented experience evaluating and managing the creation of training programs and procuring training aids. Must have a current TOP SECRET (SCI Eligible) security clearance. Recent experience at the John

F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School, or staff or instructor experience at other Service special operations training centers, is a plus. Recent program management experience (commercial or Government) is preferred. Battalion (or equivalent 0-5) level leadership (commander, command sergeant major/senior enlisted advisor) is preferred. A bachelor’s degree in education, business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
