We are seeking highly cleared professionals who excel at the intersection of advanced communications infrastructure, distributed systems, and mission assurance-where reliability, security, and performance are paramount. Specifically, we are looking for aTS/SCI cleared Technical Trainer - SME to support this mission at Pope Army Airfield, North Carolina.

Responsibilities:
As a Technical Trainer - SME you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include:
* Serves as the senior technical instructor for advanced C2

ISR training on hardware and software system upgrades and installations across mission-critical operational environments.
* Delivers complex classroom, virtual, and hands-on lab events for experienced operators and maintainers, using mission-realistic scenarios to exercise operational management, network configuration, equipment maintenance, and support reporting procedures.
* Translates real-world C2

ISR operational issues, fielding experiences, and engineering changes into updated training content, demonstrations, and performance-based assessments.
* Collaborates with ISDs and Training Specialists to refine lesson plans, iTMs, student guides, instructor guides, job aids, lab exercises, and assessments for advanced audiences.
* Uses the Government-furnished LCMS/LMS to configure advanced courses, manage grade books and proficiency results, and review performance data to identify trends, gaps, and remediation needs.
* Mentors Senior, Journeyman, and Junior trainers on advanced delivery techniques, lab execution, and integration of mission context into training.
* Utilize the following TO Management & Financial Tracking Tools:
Task Order portal;
Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate); G Invoicing API; ASSIST portal integration; variance analysis dashboards; MS Project;
Primavera; GFP management modules; WBS tracking systems;

Jira Service Desk; automated RIP/CTP/TAR workflows;
SharePoint libraries;
Confluence;
Microsoft Search; lessons learned databases; video library repositories;
Archer GRC; internal audit portals;
Excel/SharePoint audit templates; CMDB with version control;

Tableau; predictive analytics engines;
Teams;
Azure AD role based access; mobile access via Power Apps. Qualifications

Required qualifications:

* Previous experience as a Technical Trainer or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the CCMD level;
* Minimum of 12 years' experience with a BS/BA or 10 years' experience with a MS/MA or 7 years' experience with a PhD. or 16 years' w/o a degree or 14 years' with AS/AA

* A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level
* US citizenship is required Desired

Qualifications:

* DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment. Work Environment:
