FIELD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ANALYST

Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and support impactful mission outcomes as a Field Service Representative Analyst at Iron Eagle

• Provide desk‑side training to analysts.
• Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting.
• Provide onsite support to advance team efforts, troubleshoot issues, gather feedback on capabilities and data integrations, iterate on new capabilities and provide training and support as required.
• Attend customer meetings and develop strong relationships and advocacy within the customer organization at all levels.

• Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
• Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python, Java, Microsoft Excel, hardware, networks and server administration.
• Prior experience with Palantir Gotham.
• Strong communication skills to break down, explain and demonstrate complex concepts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Minimum 4 years military experience.
• Ability to travel and work on‑site, with OCONUS travel rotation.
• Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility; US citizenship required.
• Role requirements:
  
  5 days onsite; one 3‑month deployment per year to Middle East.

• Recent hands‑on experience with Palantir platforms.
• Experience briefing high‑level military stakeholders.
• Special Operations experience.
• Experience with Palantir Gaia and Foundry.

Likely salary range: $97,750 – $132,250. Salary will be set based on experience, location and other factors.
