REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8 years of progressive experience performing complex analysis, design, development, and modification to improve efficiency of Microsoft SQL and/or Postgre

SQL databases in support of enterprise architecture.

• Perform advanced level planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of an enterprise level.

• Proficient in administering and deploying open source and commercial off the shelf (COTS) GIS server equipment in support of intelligence organizations. Should possess strong oral and written communication skills and be capable of effectively directing subordinates.
• Possess high level/expert ability to manage and work with static and dynamic streaming geospatial oriented data.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of general experience in the fields of targeting, intelligence systems architecture and geospatial systems experience
