THIS POSITION OFFERS RELOCATION.
We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who will integrate the physical, mental, and psychological wellness of our service members and their families to preserve and sustain Special Operations Forces mission readiness and performance. This role is part of the Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) contract.

- Engage in quality improvement and staff meetings, conferences.
- Conduct applied research and clinical investigations in behavioral health and organizational social work.
- Consult with medical personnel, legal authorities, military commanders, and school districts as required.
- Maintain accurate medical records and produce reports of evaluation and/or treatment.
- Participate in military‑specific training and may supervise unlicensed providers or trainees.
- Attend required DoD or service‑required training; contact referred patients to assess treatment adherence; use validated symptom inventories; assess barriers to treatment adherence; provide patient education; maintain registry information; maintain accurate and current notes in the electronic medical records; staff difficult cases with referring provider, behavioral health consultant, or psychiatry consultant; perform case management functions.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident Status.
- Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Master of Social Work (MSW) or equivalent from a CSWE‑accredited graduate school.
- Current, unrestricted clinical license to practice independently in any U.S. state or territory.
- Credentialing requirements in good standing at a local Military Treatment Facility.
- Minimum of two (2) years peer‑reviewable clinical social work experience in a mental health setting.
- Knowledge of professional standards and ethics for clinical social work services.
- Experience in brief behavioral interventions.
- Possibility to receive and maintain clinical practice privileges.
- Fluent oral and written English communication skills.
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification and documentation.
- Experience working in a Government setting such as DoD or Department of Veterans Affairs MTF.
- Compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental plan, policies, and procedures.
- Compliance with the Quality Assurance plan, policies, and procedures.
- Regular and acceptable attendance.
- Completion of all required training.
- Perform other assignments and duties as required.
