Provide services and support as a Clinical Support (FAP Case Manager / Clinical Social Worker) in the DOD/Military Industry Sector, focusing on Program / Project Management Solutions for clients such as the Department of Army (DOA) and Fort Bragg Army Community Service (ACS) Family Advocacy Program (FAP). The role is located in Fort Bragg, NC, with support to the Mid Atlantic Region.
Responsibilitiesand Duties
- Conduct case intake, assessment, and safety planning.
- Maintain case files and documentation per AR 608-18.
- Coordinate with medical, legal, and command teams.
- Deliver crisis counseling and referral services.
- Collaborate with LMFT for coordinated therapy services.
- Refer clients to Outreach Coordinator for community services.
- Participate in PSB‑CY response protocols and MDT reviews.
- LCSW, LPC, or LMHC with clinical practice experience.
- Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
- 3–5 years of relevant casework experience.
- Crisis management, clinical assessment, report writing.
- Confidentiality, cultural competence, emotional resilience.

- Leadership – guiding and leading colleagues on projects and initiatives.
