Synertex LLC is seeking Intelligence Exploitation Analysts to provide analytical and planning support to screening, exploitation and other HUMINT missions. Intelligence Exploitation Analysts interface with intelligence organizations, IA, and other DoD organizations to fully prepare teams, as well as prepare analytical products and assessments supporting targeting efforts, source development and threat analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Provide analytical and planning support to screening, exploitation and other HUMINT missions. Interface with intelligence organizations, IA, and other DoD organizations to fully prepare teams, as well as prepare analytical products and assessments supporting targeting efforts, source development and threat analysis.
Requirements
  • 8 or more years of all-source intelligence analyst experience at the full performance level, with 5 or more years working for or with USSOCOM SOF or national-level intelligence agencies, such as NSA, CIA, or DIA.
  • At least three (3) years of experience and knowledge in intelligence support to special operations.
  • Superior proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
  • Demonstrate superior proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.
  • 3 or more years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages, or other serialized finished intelligence products).
  • Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 level or higher.
  • Proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to support Intelligence Exploitation analytical efforts and product development.
  • Strong briefing skills and be capable of effectively directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.
  • Advanced working knowledge of screening, exploitation, and detainee operations and other HUMINT missions including methodologies and systems.
  • Strong background and firsthand experience in the following analytical areas:
    Regional Analysis, Geo-Political Analysis, HUMINT Analysis, and Collection Management.
