Overview
Position Summary (U) The ISSJ Sr./Expert Intelligence Analyst serves as the right-hand to client and internal leadership, providing subject-matter expertise in intelligence gathering, analysis, and reporting. This role is responsible for programmatic development, quality control, and mentorship of Intelligence Analysts and GSOC Operators. The lead ensures intelligence products are actionable, accurate, and aligned with client needs while maintaining situational awareness across operational areas.
- This position is contingent on contract award.
- Responsible for researching, developing, and presenting intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders, commanders, and staff.
- The All-Source Intelligence Analyst (ASIA) will perform all-source intelligence analysis and production, and interface with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts to ensure collaboration and situational awareness to accomplish SOF operational and tactical requirements.
- ASIA must possess knowledge at the tactical and operational levels and be capable of performing all-source analytic support to CT/VEO, Integrated Deterrence, Tactical Combat Operations (TCO), Security Impact Analysis (SIA), CWMD, and crisis response operations and missions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in analytic techniques, current analytic tools, and production of high-quality intelligence products (assessments, finished intelligence products, papers, presentations) and the ability to prepare and present briefings as required.
- Some ASIA billets will be required to serve as the USSOCOM representative during non-duty hours and support 24/7 rotational shift hours.
- Maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones.
- Enforce requirements, focus the team of intelligence analysts, and ensure quality control of products.
- Provide strong organizational skills and administrative oversight.
- Direct the analytical team in identifying trends and information of value within data-at-rest to drive reporting and production and alert decision-makers of new developments to meet customer requirements.
- Research, develop, and present intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders including CT and regional analysis, GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT/PAI, political/military analysis, and support to targeting.
- Interface with other intelligence organizations to prepare teams for exploitation of enemy personnel, and prepare post-screening analytical products and assessments supporting targeting and threat analysis.
- Assist in directing requirements, focusing the team of intelligence analysts, and ensuring quality control of products.
- Work as part of a team to identify trends and information of value within data-at-rest to drive reporting and production.
- Production of intelligence assessments and products in support of deployed SOF Task Forces to enable the F3
EAD targeting cycle. - Clearance Required:
An Active DoD TS/SCI.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies, with four (4) years at the operational level.
- Proficiency with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
- Demonstrate expert proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.
- Experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) / GS-14 level or higher.
The position is contingent upon the candidate’s ability to meet physical and medical requirements as needed by the position, including compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local jurisdictional requirements.

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by factors including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $80,500 to $149,500 (annualized USD).
