Inpatient only, no outpatient responsibilities Facilities & Support:
On-call support from hospitalist, anesthesiology, and radiology teams available 24/7 Emergency C-sections and GYN procedures Nearby high-risk NICU transfer centers Housing:
Hospital apartments provided adjacent to facility Position Details:

Role Requirements:

Board-certified or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology Active NC medical license, NC DEA, NC Medicaid credentialing Current NC Medicare/PECOS enrollment Full COVID-19 vaccination Recent, hospital-verified case logs for past 24 months Key

Skills Required:

Low and high-risk pregnancy management Fetal heart rate interpretation, OB ultrasounds, and routine deliveries C-sections, complicated deliveries, and repair of lacerations Gynecological procedures, including IUD insertion, LEEP, minor surgeries, and cystectomy Must be capable of managing emergent obstetric and GYN cases Patient Care Details:
Average of 27 monthly deliveries, with approximately 11 C-sections Census of 1-3 deliveries per 24-hour shift High-risk cases transferred to nearby facilities Additional Information:
Call Requirements: 20-minute call response time required Travel Support:
Travel capped at $500, with preference for candidates within driving distance Credentialing:
