We are seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician to provide locum tenens coverage in a hospital located in North Carolina. Previous emergency medicine experience preferred Trauma Level: 0 (non-trauma center) Patient Volume: 90-100 patients daily; typically 18-20 patients per 12-hour shift Support Staff: 2 Advanced Practice Providers (no RN or MA support) EMR System:
Meditech 6.1

Job Duties:

Provide emergency medical care for patients in a fast-paced environment Work solo in the Emergency Department with a manageable patient load No supervisory duties for advanced practice providers Open ICU and no newborn deliveries in the ED Compensation and Benefits:
